A VFD panel is a complete motor speed control enclosure containing a variable frequency drive, circuit breakers, contactors, and control interface. Unlike a direct-on-line starter that runs motors at full speed only, a vfd control panel varies output frequency to match the load. A pump at 80 percent speed draws roughly half the power. Our panels cover 0.75kW to 500kW at 380V to 690V, IP54/IP55 rated, CE certified and IEC 61800 compliant.

Open transition breaks the mains connection before making the generator connection — a brief interruption. Closed transition briefly parallels both sources for zero-interruption transfer. Closed transition costs more and needs utility approval. Open transition handles 90 percent of generator backup applications.
