  • Q Does your low voltage distribution panel include RCCB protection on outgoing circuits?

    A

Yes, where specified. RCCB with 30mA trip sensitivity on circuits feeding socket outlets, wet areas, and outdoor equipment. Earth leakage protection is not optional — it saves lives. We ship the RCCB trip test result with every panel that includes one.

  • Q Do you offer OEM branding on main distribution panels for sub-main applications?

    A

Yes. Your logo on the enclosure. Your color scheme. Multi-language circuit schedules and labels. Region-specific compliance — CE, CCC, SASO, SNI, GOST. Dedicated project manager from design review to pre-shipment inspection. NDA available if required.

  • Q How long does delivery take for a standard electrical distribution board?

    A

Standard SMDBs ship in 4 to 6 weeks from our 20,000 m² factory. Custom circuit counts, non-standard voltages, or special enclosure dimensions add 2 to 3 weeks. We keep buffer stock of Schneider and ABB breakers for common ratings'

  • Q What enclosure rating does your power distribution board have for sub-main use?

    A

IP41 standard for indoor electrical rooms. IP54 for dusty basements or plant rooms. IP65 for outdoor mounting or coastal environments. Powder-coated steel with full-perimeter neoprene door gasket on IP65 versions. Key lock on every door.

  • Q Can I get a distribution panel with selective coordination between MDB and SMDB?

    A

Yes. We include a breaker coordination study with every SMDB order. Provide your upstream MDB breaker curves and we verify selectivity. The nearest breaker to the fault trips first. The upstream breakers hold. We ship the selectivity study as part of the documentation package.

  • Q What rating does your lv distribution board cover for sub-main applications?

    A

160A to 630A incoming. Copper busbar with silver plating. Schneider or ABB MCCB main breaker. MCBs and RCCBs for outgoing circuits. Floor-standing for 400A and up, wall-mounted for 160A to 250A. Every board is IEC 61439 type-tested.

  • Q What is the difference between a sub main distribution board and a main distribution board?

    A

A main distribution board handles the whole building at 400A to 4000A with ACB or large MCCB incoming. A sub distribution board handles a zone at 160A to 630A with MCCB incoming. The SMDB sits one level below the MDB in the hierarchy and feeds lighting panels, small MCCs, and floor-level distribution boards.
