Standard MDB configs ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Custom voltage ratings or non-standard dimensions add 2 to 3 weeks. We keep buffer stock for common busbar sizes. A typical 1600A main distribution panel ships in under 5 weeks from order confirmation.
In practice, a main electrical distribution board and a main switchboard do the same job. Both split incoming power into outgoing feeders. Some engineers call the panel after the transformer a main switchboard and downstream ones distribution boards. Both are IEC 61439 assemblies.
Yes. Standard is 380V or 690V. We build low voltage main distribution boards for 220V to 1000V. Custom busbar cross-sections, non-standard phase arrangements, odd cabinet dimensions — all possible. Send us your single-line diagram and we quote within 48 hours.
Our MDB panels are rated 65kA/1s short-circuit withstand. Each unit is IEC 61439 type-tested at an accredited lab. Silver-plated copper busbars with insulated supports handle the full rated current for 20-plus years. Type-test reports ship with every order.
A main distribution board takes power from the utility transformer and splits it into outgoing feeders. Every commercial building over 500 m\u00b2 has an MDB. It feeds lighting panels, motor control centers, VFD panels, and capacitor banks. The MDB carries the full building load, so busbar quality and type-test documentation matter.
Yes. Our MNS series low voltage switchgear follows the standard modular dimensions and structural design (E=25mm). The drawers, incoming/outgoing units, and busbar structures are fully compatible and interchangeable with standard market MNS configurations, making it ideal for system expansions or cost-effective project retrofits.

Every shipment includes: IEC 61439-2 type-test certificate from an accredited lab, factory routine test report, material certificates for copper busbar and steel, component certificates for breakers and relays, CE declaration of conformity, and destination-country certificates (SASO, SNI, GOST) if requested. A type-tested IEC 61439 assembly is only as credible as the paperwork that comes with it.
