What are the primary equipment included in the low-voltage switchgear?

Primary equipment mainly refers to equipment that directly produces, converts, and transmits and distributes energy. There are:

1. Motor: The equipment that produces and converts electrical energy includes synchronous generators, transformers and motors.

2. switchgearing electrical appliances: used to connect and disconnect circuits. High-voltage switchgear appliances include circuit breakers (switchgears), isolating switchgears (knife switchgears) and load switchgears. Low-voltage switchgear appliances include knife switchgears, combination switchgears and low-voltage circuit breakers.

3. Current-limiting electrical appliances: used to limit short-circuit current. Including ordinary reactors and split reactors.

4. Current-carrying conductors: mainly include bus bars, overhead lines and cables. Busbars are used to collect and distribute electrical energy or to connect generators, transformers and power distribution devices; overhead lines and cable lines are used to transmit electrical energy.

5. Compensation device: There are adjustable cameras, power capacitors, arc suppression coils and shunt reactors.

6. Transformers: including current transformers and voltage transformers. The function of the current transformer is to change the high current of the AC into a small current. And it supplies power to the current coil of the measuring instrument, the relay protection device and voltage coil of relay protection device.

7. Protection of electrical appliances: including fuse (insurance), lightning protection device (used to protect against overvoltage).

8. Insulator: used to support and fix the current-carrying conductor, and to insulate the current-carrying conductor from the medical history or to insulate the current-carrying conductors of different potentials in the device.

9. Grounding device: there is a working grounding to ensure the normal operation of the power system and a protective grounding to protect personal safety.



What are the secondary equipment included in the low-voltage switchgear?

The main function of the secondary equipment is the auxiliary equipment for the detection, measurement, control, protection and adjustment of the primary equipment. There are:

1. Measuring meters: ammeters, voltmeters, power meters, electric energy meters, frequency meters, temperature meters, etc.

2. Juyuan monitoring device: monitor the insulation status of AC and DC power grids.

3. Control and signal devices: control switchgears, buttons or signal lights, etc.

4. Relay protection and automatic device: The function is to act on the circuit breaker to trip when a fault occurs, or to make the standby power supply automatically turn on, and the transmission line automatically recloses, etc.

5. DC low-primary equipment: including battery packs and silicon rectifiers. That is, the DC screen in the low-voltage power distribution cabinet.

6. Plug-in coil (high-frequency wave trap): It prevents high-frequency current from leaking to substations or branch lines and reduces high-frequency energy loss.
