Overview 

Metal clad switchgear engineered for 40.5kV three-phase AC 50Hz systems addresses the most demanding high-voltage reception and distribution challenges in power plants and substations. This withdrawable switchgear equips each cabinet with a composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker on a handcart floor structure, supporting rated currents up to 2500A and short-circuit breaking currents up to 31.5kA. Moreover, its CNC-machined aluminum-zinc steel enclosure achieves four fully separated compartments, giving this metal enclosed switchgear both structural precision and long-term corrosion resistance.

• Four Independent Compartments:This three phase switchgear separates the handcart, busbar, cable, and relay rooms to fully isolate faults and protect operating personnel at all times.

• Closed-Door Full Operation:This electrical enclosure cabinet allows all switching operations with the cabinet door closed, eliminating direct personnel exposure to energized components.

• Lead Screw Nut Handcart Drive:The electric switchgear handcart uses a lead screw nut propulsion mechanism, enabling smooth movement and preventing structural damage from incorrect handcart operation.

• Five-Prevention Mandatory Interlocking:Every power distribution board unit applies mandatory mechanical locking between the main switch, handcart, and cabinet door to meet all five-prevention requirements.

• Wide Cable Connection Space:The control equipment cable room accommodates current transformers, earthing switches, lightning arresters, and multiple cables within a spacious, well-organized layout.

• High Insulation Performance:This HV switchgear delivers 95kV power frequency withstand voltage and 185kV lightning impulse withstand voltage, ensuring stable insulation across demanding grid environments.

• IEC-Compliant Modular Assembly:This high voltage switchgear meets IEC62271-200 and GB3906 standards with a bolt-assembled modular structure that supports multiple handcart types including VCB, PT, and metering configurations.
